and ingenious: what better way to describe the belligerent Argentinian rapper, who
started her artistic career in dance and theatre before transitioning to rap. Sara
Hebe spits her rhymes like a bulldozer, adding a slight tinge of punk rock to
her beats. She attacks without destroying, hitching with the likes of activist
Violeta Parra. With just the right amount of cunning in her lyrics and her
talent in production, she has what it takes to make a unique sound. On top of
that, there is explosive energy in her flow. Last but not the least, a touch of
vocoder and a dash of cumbia, electro, and punk, and you’ve got all the
ingredients of her special flair.
stage presence is magnified by bass player Ramiro Jota and drummer Edu Morote. Sara Hebe’s
most recent opus, Politicalpari, was released in 2019.
