Moondog conférence

When we think of Moondog, we think of the 6th Avenue viking, the celestial vagabond inspired by the ultra-urbanity of Manhattan in turmoil. We also know that nature plays a significant role in Moondog's imagination. In addition to having grown up in the American countryside, Moondog loved nature to the point of superimposing its sounds in numerous works throughout his career. And if you don't know Moondog, you can always come and listen to his biographer, Amaury Cornut, who will tell us Moondog’s extraordinary story. For the Festival de la Cité, Cornut agrees to go off the beaten track of his own lecture (given nearly 80 times) to explore Moondog's life and work, embarking us on a stroll through the woods while following Moondog’s singular trajectory.
