Gastronomy
Because it appeals to all five senses, is meant to be shared and leaves room for discovery, food remains one of the best ways to cherish fond memories of this 54th edition. Once again this year, there’s something for everyone, with offerings that will remind you that you don’t need to be a ventriloquist to know that your stomach speaks too.
This year, the Festival welcomes:
𓐐𓎩 Izakaya by Maza
In 2026, Asia comes to the Cour du Gymnase, with local produce offering flavours from afar. Yakitori skewers, tasty dumplings, Lake Geneva catfish tempura and iced tofu: gourmet street food prepared to perfection, sourced from local suppliers.
At the helm are two passionate Lausanne locals: Lucas Lepoutre, former chef at La Station, and Julien Burnier, founder of Maza restaurant. Together, they offer generous, accessible cuisine full of character — just like the Festival.
Vegetarian and vegan options available.
