Gastronomy

Because it appeals to the five senses, can be shared and leaves room for discovery, food is also the best way to keep a good memory of this 52nd edition. This year, there's something for everyone, with proposals to remind you that you don't have to be a ventriloquist to know that your belly talks too.

La BOUCHE RIT at the Cité

Formerly La BOUCHE qui RIT, La BOUCHE RIT is bringing the heat to the old town throughout the Festival, right in La Cour du Gymnase.
Known for its top-quality products from near and far, the family-run butcher shop will make them dance over flames and embers on the Ofyr brazier.
From artisanal sausages to the famous Wagyu beef, there’ll be something for every taste – including for vegetarians!
